1. Promotion Overview

2. Eligibility

This promotion is available to:

All new and existing clients worldwide (excluding India)
Clients who fund a live trading account during the promotional period

Internal transfers between accounts are not eligible

3. Deposit Requirements

Minimum deposit to qualify: $100 USD
Deposits must be fresh funds (no internal or bonus transfers)

4. Cashback Structure

$100 – $299	5%	Applies to all deposits within this range
$300 or more	10%	Only if deposited in a single transaction

Important: If $300+ is deposited in multiple transactions, and trading begins after the first deposit, only 5% cashback will apply.

Maximum cashback per client: $1,000 USD

5. Cashback Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw cashback, clients must complete a trading volume of 5 standard lots per $100 deposited.
Example: A $1,000 deposit requires 50 standard lots to be traded.
If the client withdraws any part of the deposit before meeting the trading requirement, the cashback will be revoked and removed from the account.

6. Abuse & Misuse Policy

Uniglobe Markets strictly prohibits:

Use of exploitative or artificial trading strategies
Collusion between accounts, affiliates, or brokers
Any fraudulent or manipulative behavior

Violations may lead to:

Loss of cashback and profits derived from it
Suspension or closure of the trading account

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading leveraged financial instruments involves a high level of risk and may lead to losses exceeding the initial deposit. By participating, clients accept full responsibility for their trading outcomes.

8. General Terms

Offer is limited to one account per client and per IP address
Positions held for less than 3 minutes do not count toward the trading requirement
Cannot be combined with other bonus or cashback offers
Clients already enrolled in another Uniglobe Markets bonus are not eligible
Uniglobe Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice
In case of discrepancies, the English version of these Terms & Conditions will prevail
Misrepresentation or false data may result in disqualification
