What information do we collect from our clients?
We collect information from our clients in two ways i.e. directly and indirectly. As per law, we collect all the necessary details from clients that are required from them in order to avail our services once they open account with us which include Name, Email Address, Telephone Number, Bank Account details, National Identity Proof, Address Details for further verifying their status before approving them or allowing them to avail our services.
Indirectly, our clients IP Addresses, Browser details are also saved in our database for our security purposes.
In addition to above information, we also retain information related to our clients that are no more active with us in order to get backto them, and offer them services again.
How do we collect information?
Once a client approaches us for trading account, we verify their profile before we activate trading accounts for them. For that, clients are asked to share the above stated details with respect to their candidature by email or through their personal accounts managers.
Whom do we share information with?
Uniglobe Markets respect the values of all the clients who complete our unique family and for that we have had kept a policy of not to disclose any personal information of our clients with any unauthorized person or third parties.
We share Telephone Numbers, Emails, Personal Details of our clients that include their Name, Address, and Country only with our accounts managers who are provided to assist them and offer them various type of trading signals and analyses for their trading conveniences.
How information is handled and retained?
As stated above, information related to our clients are stored in our secured databases and for the period as long as a client will be trading and availing our financial services. Even if a client stopped getting our financial services, (as per law and our policy) we are authorized to save client’s information for an indefinite period of time for our further necessary actions.
