- Trading with additional software as Expert Advisor etc will be taken care of at the sole discretion of Uniglobe Markets If any abnormal trading patterns such as Arbitrage or any unethical trades are being noticed in a Trading Account, then Uniglobe Markets reserves the right to disable the account or Disallow/Cancel those trades where a minimum difference between opening and closing of trade is less than five-minute duration.
- Uniglobe Markets has the right to unilaterally modify, change, or terminate this offer or any of the terms and conditions of this offer, or any policies it applies in the exercise of its discretion under this offer at any time, without the client’s consent.
- In the event that the gold coins offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative gifts of equal or greater value.
- Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Promoter's decision.
